Your information is used solely for: processing your visa application, communicating application status, complying with destination country immigration requirements, and improving our services. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties except immigration authorities as required for visa processing.
All data transmitted through Visa2 Online is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. We comply with applicable data protection regulations. Application data is retained for 12 months and then securely deleted.

Visa2 Online is a visa facilitation service. We assist applicants in preparing and submitting visa applications to respective immigration authorities. We are NOT a government body and do not issue visas. The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the immigration authority of the destination country.
While we maintain a 99% approval rate, Visa2 Online cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made exclusively by destination country immigration authorities based on their policies, the applicant's profile, and documents provided. Visa2 Online is not liable for any visa rejection, delay or cancellation by the immigration authority.
Applicants are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents submitted. Any incorrect, false or misleading information provided may result in visa rejection or legal consequences. Visa2 Online will not be liable for rejections arising from incorrect information provided by the applicant.
Visa2 Online charges a service fee for processing and facilitating your application. This fee is separate from government visa fees charged by the destination country. Our service fee is non-refundable once application processing has commenced, regardless of the visa outcome.
See our Refund Policy page for full details. In summary: Visa2 Online's service fees are non-refundable after processing begins. Government visa fees may be partially refundable in limited circumstances per the respective country's policy.

Visa2 Online processes your application through the respective country's immigration authority. We are not liable for refund or penalty in case of visa rejection by the immigration authority or wrong details filled by the applicant.
Non-refundable once processing has commenced (within 2 hours of submission). If you cancel within 30 minutes of submission and processing has not started, a full refund of the service fee may be considered.
Government visa fees paid to the destination country's immigration authority are subject to that country's own refund policy. Most countries do not refund visa fees regardless of outcome. Visa2 Online will assist you in understanding refund eligibility but cannot guarantee any government refund.
In the event of visa rejection: (a) if rejection is due to incorrect information provided by the applicant, no refund is applicable; (b) if rejection is due to a Visa2 Online processing error, we will offer a free re-application or full service fee refund.
