By accessing or using Visa2 Online, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using our services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Visa2 Online, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
Important: Visa2 Online is a visa facilitation service only — not a government body, embassy or immigration authority. We prepare and submit applications on your behalf. All visa approval decisions rest solely with the relevant government authority.
Our services include: application form preparation, document checklist guidance, submission to e-Visa portals or embassy systems, status tracking, and expert consultation.
You must be 18 or older. All information you provide must be accurate, complete and truthful. Providing false information is illegal and may result in visa rejection, travel ban or criminal prosecution under the destination country's laws.
Visa2 Online cannot guarantee visa approval. Decisions are made solely by governments. Factors outside our control — travel history, personal circumstances, policy changes — may lead to rejection. See our Refund Policy for what happens in that case.
Stated processing times are estimates based on current embassy or portal performance. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities, additional documentation requests, high volumes or force majeure. Apply with generous lead time before travel.

Our total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific application in dispute. We are not liable for: missed flights or hotel losses due to visa delays; losses from rejection due to applicant misrepresentation; third-party service failures; or force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to Dubai court jurisdiction. Indian consumer protection laws also apply to Indian applicants where relevant.
